if every piece/ song etc., had that kind of copyright, then nothing could ever be written. you can get sued for using the same cadences and riffs as others? that's pretty stupid.

The thing is it says for personal use only. Even though the link was said to be dead I tried it out and apparently the official Caesar III site has been archived. Now the beautiful thing is I found out on Heaven Games that the music was released as a free download back in the 90s.
